About Us
We are the proud owners of two Shiloh Shepherds (Destiny and Raiden). Our Shilohs are raised in our home and get a lot of loving attention from my Husband (Steve) and I (Terri-Lynn) and our three children (Emily, Amber and Tyson). We also own a very energetic Border Collie (Sadie) and a lazy cat (Molly), and consider them all an extension of our family.
We live in the Township of Warwick, Ontario on 5 acres where our dogs get lots of excersise.
Our love for Shiloh Shepherds began in 2008 when our 9.5 year old Rottie passed away. After seeing a picture of some Shiloh puppies all dressed up for Christmas, I just had to find out more about this breed. I began my research and loved everything that I was reading about them, I even thought that it sounded to good to be true. Destiny (Checkmate Shilohs) was the first to come live with us and she was everything we were looking for and more. Instantly I was feeling the Shiloh itch and 3.5 months later Raiden (ShadowGate Farm) joined the family. In August of 2009 I attended my first Shiloh delivery at ShadowGate Farms and 8 weeks after that I was attended the LER of that litter and fell in love with one little girl from the litter (Zara). Turned out that Zara did not have a home yet and a little while later she came to live with us as a foster puppy. Zara lived with us for almost 2 years, she now lives in a great home and is doing very well.
In 2011 we hope to breed our Shilohs and give other family's the chance to be owned by one of these remarkable animals.
